Cancel a subscription

Cancellation ends future renewal of an ongoing subscription. It does not replace the statutory right to withdraw from a recent consumer contract.

Electronic cancellation

A direct cancellation form and confirmation page will be activated before paid consumer subscriptions are offered. It will remain available without requiring access to the customer dashboard and will issue an immediate electronic confirmation.

Information the form will request

Your name and account email.
The subscription or contract to cancel.
The requested cancellation date.
The email address where confirmation should be sent.

Current account access

Existing account holders can log in to review their billing status. Dashboard access will not be the only cancellation method once subscriptions are available.
