Information we handle
- Account details, including email address and authentication information.
- Publication content, uploaded images, themes, settings, and custom domains.
- Subscription, invoice, and payment status received from the payment provider.
- Connected applications, authorization grants, and security tokens.
- Technical request, security, error, and delivery logs.
- Messages sent to support, privacy, or illegal-content reporting contacts.
Why we handle it
Information is used to provide the contracted publishing service, secure accounts, process payments, answer requests, meet legal duties, and improve reliability. The final policy will map each purpose to its legal basis.
Service providers and international transfers
The final list will identify hosting, database, image storage, payment, email, monitoring, support, and backup providers, their processing locations, and any safeguards used for transfers outside the European Economic Area.
Retention
Account, publication, invoice, security-log, support-message, and backup retention periods remain to be confirmed.
Cookies and browser storage
Gesttalt is designed to use browser storage only where it is necessary for authentication, security, checkout, and features explicitly requested by the user. Optional analytics or marketing storage will not be enabled without an appropriate consent mechanism.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and complain to a competent data-protection authority.
Customer publications
A publication owner may separately determine how information from its visitors is used. Publication owners are responsible for providing their own legal information where required. Gesttalt will offer a Data Processing Agreement when it processes personal information on their behalf.
