Electronic reporting

This form is monitored at gesttalt@pepicrft.me. A reference and electronic acknowledgment are sent when an email address is provided. A decision notice follows after human assessment unless the law prevents disclosure.

What a report must include

• The exact internet address of the content.
• A clear explanation of why you believe it is illegal.
• Your name and email address, except where the law permits an anonymous report.
• A good-faith statement that the information in the report is accurate and complete.

What happens next

Reports will be assessed diligently, objectively, and without arbitrary treatment. Gesttalt may request more information, preserve relevant records, restrict content where warranted, notify the affected publisher, and explain available ways to challenge the decision.

Gesttalt does not use automated moderation or automated decisions. Reply to the acknowledgment or decision email to provide more information or request another human review.

Immediate danger

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service first. This reporting route is not an emergency service.
